The box let it down but curls are amazing
On opening the amazon box was the curlers, I was really pleased but then went to open them and the box fell apart at one side as it was wet?! It went through to the protective bag. I tried the tongs as I thought they may not work. But they were amazing such a good Christmas gift. I couldn't fault the curlers at all. I couldn't seem to find how to contact anyone regarding the box possibly to be replaced. The box and how to contact is why it's only 3 star 🌟 🌟 🌟

It is pretty easy to use just need to practice a few times but makes lovely curls, doesn't really work for someone with long hair. But happy with purchase.

Damaged box but it did turn on and heat up
I've bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13yo daughter so was not planning on opening and trying. But the box arrived damaged - which didn't happen in transit as it was packaged inside a different box with another (soft) item which was perfect condition and packed well.I was concerned how this has happened and hoping it isnt a faulty return! So I took it out to just plug it in and see if it switched on/heats up which it does. So hopefully there are no problems! And I'm hoping my daughter has some sense of how to use this contraption seeing as the 'instructions' do not actually instruct you how to use?!

Hair waver
Not easy to use. On/off switch on handle so keeps switching off when you hold it. So not ideal.

Works but its a bit tricky to use
I am really impressed with this wand. It puts a big wave in my hair. My hair is long, down to my waist and I've been looking for something to wave my hair, without having to be a real expert in the use of a straight iron or curling wand. For those of you with long hair - you know what I mean - your arms feel like they're going to drop off by the time you get half way round your head! Anyway - this is quick to use and fairly easy to use, but, there's a but. When I first started using this, I kept burning myself! The top part has no heat protection, and I kept accidentally hitting it with my hand. Now that I've used it a few times, I have now developed the knack to avoid burning myself, but it would have been nice to either have had a heat resistant glove, or heat protection on the device itself.
