I've found this Ear Wax Removal Kit to be a sensible addition to my hygiene routine. It offers a gentle yet effective cleaning experience, safeguarding the delicate ear skin. Its flexibility, courtesy of the four cleaning modes, and the convenience of using it in the shower make it a standout choice—a solid investment for anyone looking to maintain ear cleanliness with ease and comfort.

The media could not be loaded. This device arrived boxed with 10 spare disposable tips, and a very handy ear basin in case you prefer not to use it in the shower. The first thing I noticed was it requires a charge which takes 3 hours, so you won't be able to use this straight away. It does have a little red light to tell you it's charging and a blue one to let you know its ready, but the red light in particular isn't easy to see as its very small and quite dim.Once it was charged it was time to try it out. The instructions are simple so it's very easy to use, you select the strength of water pressure you want, then press twice to start it, the important thing to remember is you have to press it again to switch it off, removing your finger from the button isn't enough. The sensation isn't unpleasant, and it definitely does work, using warm (body temperature) water helps and feels less of a shock. I do think it could be improved by having a brighter charging light, charging quicker, and having a button that senses when you release it, but as it does what it's supposed to do those are minor issues really.

I recently had a blockage in one off my ears and tried using normal drops and it didn't work. After the first time using it I've got my ears cleared and saved myself lots of money by not needing to get my ears syringed. Can't recommend enough.

The media could not be loaded. Our local surgery used to syringe ears, but they stopped doing it a couple of years ago. We had tried the plastic bottle ear cleaners than work with gravity, but this powered one beats it in every way. I really like that it has different modes and power settings that make it suitable for everyone, my partner has very sensitive ears and narrow ear canals, so he likes to use the gentle setting and take a little longer to clear the wax as it doesn’t cause any discomfort. I use it on the normal mode, and it works very well. My ears felt waterlogged for a few seconds after using but a quick yawn cleared that. It is easy to fill, I use warm water as I find it more comfortable, the ear nozzles are easy to change, they do state they are single use but can be cleaned by sterilising. It is so easy to use and you don’t even have to tip it upside down and the basin to catch the water and wax is shaped so you don’t get water running down your neck. It does leave my ears feeling a lot cleaner and clearer.

Recently I went to have my hearing checked and the lady who did it commented on how clean my ears were. I normally only use cotton buds every couple of days or so which seem to do the trick but I thought I'd try this item.To be honest it's a bit of a clart on though it works perfectly well. I suspect it's of more use to people who suffer from heavily waxed up ears. I certainly highly recommend that ears should be cleaned regularly and there are worse ways than this.

As I got older two things happened, the hair fell off of my head and grew from my ears instead and my ear wax production went into overtime, lol. I have been using cotton buds in an attempt to keep the wax levels down but this can cause more problems so when I saw this unit I ordered it in the hopes of it being a better option and I haven't been disappointed.On opening, this unit comes with everything required to use it straight from the box including plenty of spare tips to get you started, I haven't looked into replacement tips yet but I'm sure that they will be available when the time comes.The unit itself is well built, waterproof and reasonably compact. It has a row of buttons and LEDs on the front for selecting on/off and water spray modes with the indicators to show what has been set.Before the first use I put this on charge which took a couple of hours and then took it with me to the shower. After filling the reservoir with warm water and the shower running I placed the head of the device into my ear and turned it on, I then chose a mode that felt right for me which was the pulse, I could actually feel that one working and with no pain at all.The buttons are a little awkward when the unit is in use but I found that if I just memorised the order of the buttons then I could just about feel my way down to select what I needed such as changing the modes.The actual cleaning of my ears didn't take long at all and after finishing my shower and drying I noticed a significant increase in the audio levels that I could hear so this device definitely works and seems to work very well.Overall, this is a nicely designed unit that works well and all at a reasonable price.Recommended.
