Cute little toaster
I got this for my grandson, he has been playing with a lot of my kitchen stuff, so I got him a few things so he can pretend with his own sized items. This is a cute little toaster with all the goods to go along with it. He "cooks" me breakfast in the morning while I'm making his breakfast, and he's so proud of himself, it's adorable. Nothing is too heavy for him, all of it is really sturdy construction, he's dropped the toaster a few times, no damage, so I think this will last quite a while. He has a little shelf in the kitchen I cleared for him, he has this, a couple small pots (kid sized), and some wooden spoons, so he can cook too. It keeps him occupied while I'm making his meals, but also close by so I can keep an eye on him. It all wipes clean with a damp rag, easy to take care of, great addition for any child who wants to pretend cook.

Fun Set For Littles Who Want to Play Cook
My daughter saw this and immediately wanted to play with it. She loves the toaster and has fun making sandwiches and serving them to us. I like the design, as the posts keep the sandwich elements in place. As with the other B Toys we've had, the quality is excellent and the set feels heavy and very durable. I anticipate this will interest her - and hold up well - for quite a while.

Great/Safe Toddler Toy
This product is mostly made out of high-density plastics that won't deform or "flake" if chewed-on by a teething toddler. Seems pretty easy to clean with normal dish detergent. There is no rough plastic flashing, and no sharp edges that might create some unpleasant experiences for a toddler. There are no small parts or choking hazards either, which is great and thoughtful. The butter is comically huge blocks, which looks delicious and probably unhealthy, but I suspect this was done to keep the the butter blocks too-big-to-swallow.There are some wooden inserts on the toaster that could be sanded better though. The wooden panels are a bit rough. It's not sharp, it just feels like 200 grit sandpaper. The wood texture is an interesting contrast to the smooth plastics, if that's what the manufacturer/designer intended. The toaster has a fun mechanism that pops the bagels out, and the timer dial has a nice click to it.

Another great item from B. Toys.
We got sick of the annoying sounds from Vtech Toys and wanted to refocus on non-electronic toys for the 1 year old. We have several "B. Toys" brand toys which have generally been good quality, safe, and engaging. While it says 3+, we use this with a 1 year old under supervision and there are no issues. For some reason, our child absolutely loves this toaster. It's a pretty random thing, but I've never been fed so much plastic toast in my life! It's extremely simple, but maybe it's the uniqueness of it that keeps the little one so engaged. We do practice "toy rotation" to keep things fresh which helps.

Great fun, long term enjoyment
The packaging and layout made my kids go “wow what is this? Is this for us?” This immediate excitement continued into the first 30 minutes of playtime. My kids watch me use the toaster nearly daily and have always wanted to use their own.PROS:* engaging and colorful design* modular design allows for the creation of a bagel breakfast sandwich and a PB&J sandwich - if one so desired, they could make a jelly & lettuce sandwich….* the toaster can REALLY launch the bread and bagels! (We’ve been playing a game of trying to launch the bread catch it on the plates.* This is a PERFECT addition to our existing kitchen set.CONS:* as seen in the bagel picture, the bagel doesn’t stay together - somehow the bagel isnt designed quite right and as soon as it is squeezed, it falls apart. (This has led to considerable frustration for my daughter as her bagel sandwich collapses upon completion). While this may seem a moot point, it’s led to my daughter violently ending playtime with this toy in tears and grumpiness.* only 2 of 4 “fillings” can fit on an sandwich at one time - this has also led to grumpy frustrations for my kids.Overall the joy and amazement at launching toast and building sandwiches has outweighed any frustrations.I gave 4/5 stars due to the two cons above. If your kids have seen a toaster, this is a must have,

Good quality wood toy
They are so cute and unique but i wish the toaster actually popped up. I guess i cant blame the lack of mechanism with it being wood. It is still very cute not too many little pieces too. Easy to keep track

adorable!
My 4 year old has been loving playing chef and making me food to "eat". This was a great addition to her kitchen set. She especially loves it because she eats a lot of sandwiches, toasts, and things of that nature, so she could now make them for me! Really adorable set and easy for her use. If it makes her happy, it makes me happy! I recommend

Kids love the toaster and building sandwiches!
I didn't expect much from this—but my kids absolutely love it. We have a play kitchen and I like to get a new item for it every now and then. The toaster thus far has been a huge hit and my kids have been taking our orders and making toast and bagels for us for weeks! I love that you can easily build the sandwiches. And it has peanut butter and jelly! The pop up function on the toaster is fun. When you pull it down, it flings the toast up and out. I don't quite get the butter as it's just a huge block, but the kids like cutting it with the knife. All in all it's a great value for the price and adds a lot to a play kitchen!Note: While the toaster looks wooden, this set is plastic.
