UV Protection Neck Gaiter Sun Arm Sleeves Set, Cooling Face Neck Mask and Compression Sleeves to Cover Arms UPF 50+ for Women

I bought the set for golf in the summer to minimize sun damage. I bought the white color. The material is very soft and comfortable. It blocked the sun completely playing 18 holes on a sunny day in So Cal.

Like many people I enjoy being outdoors on sunny days. But I also try to be mindful of the cumulative effects of UV damage on the skin this can lead to. (As a cancer survivor, I really don't need skin cancer on top of what I already have.)On sunny days I wear a wide-brimmed hat and long-sleeved shirts for this reason. But oftentimes that's not enough, especially when the ground is light-colored and a lot of the sunlight gets bounced back up from below.So that was my main motivation for getting these UV protective face/neck covers and arm sleeves.  FACE/NECK COVER:Initially I was a bit hesitant to try out the face cover. But I quickly got used to it and now really like it. I can feel the difference at the end of the day after being out for a few hours under the sun. It really makes a difference.The ear holes fit fine on me and keep it stay in place. It's comfortable, and it never slid down and needed to be readjusted.The stretchy fabric is thin enough so that I can easily breathe through it, although sometimes I leave my nose out for breathing. I have no issues with the front and back flaps either; I tuck them in under my shirt top.ARM SLEEVES/COVERS:I have other arm sleeves too, but I prefer this product because these have a thumb hole. In my view, the thumb hole leads to two advantages: Extra UV protection and looser, airier fit around the wrists.The extended coverage protects the wrists and backs (and the palms) of the hands. (It's almost like wearing fingerless gloves, but more convenient and comfortable.) To me this is a major advantage over the simpler arm sleeves that end at the wrists. Another (minor) advantage is that use of the thumb hole results in looser fit around the wrist. At least to me, the extra air circulation in the wrist area makes it feel a bit cooler, especially on hot days. (The difference is not huge, though.)Lastly, another feature that sets these arm sleeves apart is a non-slip, grippy band at the upper end, to help it stay in place. Personally it didn't seem to make any difference to me (I have other arm sleeves without it that work fine), but it may make a difference for others, depending on the fit.NEGATIVES:These are "one size fits most."  Even though it fits fine on me, I think it would be better if the arm sleeves came in two or three different sizes to better accommodate those with larger upper arms.CONCLUSIONOverall, I really like these face/neck covers + arm sleeves for the UV protection they offer. The thin and stretchy fabric is comfortable and stays in place. I am giving them 5 stars.

This item has appeal to women who wants to avoid using suntan lotion while outdoors. It offers a pleasing color, thin material, wears comfortably, and feels stretchable. However, the design has a few flaws from our perspective and my spouse ended up only using the arm covering. I recommend this only if you specifically want a mouth-covering mask.While the arm covers do work, when worn by my spouse, who is rather petite at only 5"5' they feel tight and inflexible close to the shoulder. Wearing short sleeves the material doesn't cover all the skin. One of the photos shows her wearing the arm covering. Acceptable, but not excellent.The bigger problem comes from the face and neck mask. My second photo shows the face piece. It does have a small opening on the bottom to cover some of the neck, but not much. For the shoulders, it could offer much more width to cover areas not shaded by a hat. Also, she would like the head covering to adjust to avoid covering the mouth, especially now that the pandemic is over. The best-selling neck gaiter on Amazon, with 34K ratings to date, the Mission Cooling Neck Gaiter, can be worn in 12 different ways, including some which only cover the neck. When we tried that with this item it looked awful, terribly baggy.We are not Muslim, but I noted that the face covering doesn't meet the specifications of a Niquab or Hijab because it doesn't cover the hair.My spouse ended up using only the arm sleeves, but I still give this four stars because it does have a legitimate use as a face covering mask for a person specifically seeking that type of covering.

These are really lightweight and breathable, which is a must have for me. I don’t want my neck and my chin to break out with acne and pimples. I like wearing this for when I’m going out for a walk or run. It’s my arms perfectly does not keep rolling down, which is also a plus.

I don’t like having things squishing my face, it feels a little smothering.The sleeves are also sized for smaller people or if you want to wear them below your elbow. I need to have them go all the way up to meet a t-shirt sleeve, so need it on my bicep.

I got this gaiter set for my wife since she loves to garden and we do not have much shade. The arm sleeves fit her well and do not roll back, the gaiter was a good size, it wasn't too big on her. This has definitely helped with the Florida sun and keeps her skin safe, she has definitely lessened sunburns. SHe finds the gaiter set comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Good product!

The idea is good but it doesn’t work . The mask covers the face snugly and can’t breathe. Sending them back.

This kept me warm during the blasting ac on the plane.
