Bought this item in October 2023 and at the start of January 2024 it stopped working. Have tried repeatedly over the past 2 weeks to fix with no success. It turns on and works for around 10 seconds before stopping. No obvious damage to it that should have caused it to break so quickly.Now looking at other reviews it appears this is a very common issue - quite a lot of reviews reference the product breaking suddenly for no reason. I know it's not the most expensive ultra sonic cleaner but it's not cheap either. I would expect it to work for longer than 3 months and roughly 20 uses.Do not buy from this brand if possible - I would suggest spending a bit more for something more reliable!

Ideal for cleaning and sanitising my partner's dentures which gives peace of mind, but can also be used to clean lots of other dental fixtures, also tooth brush heads etc. Jewellery can be cleaned effectively using this too, so it is very versatile. Nice to know that bacteria, germs and dirt are being quickly and easily dealt with. Great product.

This worked fine when I first got it, but there is a design flaw which makes putting the plug into the back of the unit without water going everywhere very tricky. I think this could be the reason it stopped working after a few months. The lid of the unit isn’t secure and the plug hole on the back is awkwardly low, which makes it tricky to plug in without water getting everywhere. It probably needs to be filled up with a jug after being plugged in to avoid making a mess. It was already broken by the time I realised this was an issue.

The media could not be loaded.  Even without adding a cleaning solution, I could see the dirt coming away from items, with the change of water colour also showing the removed dirt. For me, the fizzing noise isn’t all that loud, and you can see the water vibrating during cleaning.The cleaning tank isn’t removable, which would have made cleaning the machine afterwards a lot safer and easier.

The media could not be loaded.  I never even knew this was a thing but what an interesting gadget. It is super simple to use and makes a quiet buzzing sound when on. I gave this to my mum and she confirms it works a treat. This makes cleaning small objects simple and much less messy. It’s not huge but big enough to be a bit awkward to travel with but I don’t see how you could get it any smaller with what it is doing.

Great product when it worked. A few weeks ago it started getting quieter when operating and didn't seem to be working as well as it had been, then last week it stopped working altogether and now has a rattling item in the base of the unit. I suspect the vibrator element has come loose inside but that's just a guess.I would expect to get 3-5 years out of a product like this, not 3 months. Please get in touch with me so that we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

The media could not be loaded.  It worked brilliantly for a week, used on invisalign retainers, it cleaned all staining/ age yellowing and brought them back to clear plastic. Very sadly out of the blue the ultrasonic part stopped working after only a few days. Returned easily and got a refund. Excellent product had it kept working.

I’m a caregiver for my elderly mother. So I really appreciate how easy this is to use. I’m always looking for ways to make it easier to care for her.

This is a really great and easy cleaner for retainers. My son uses it for his and he really likes just popping the retainer in there and flipping it on. I even got him a retainer cleaner but he prefers to just use this cleaner.

For many many years I have always had to manually clean my mouthguard if I wasn't on my bi annual trip to the dentist where they would do it for me. This device really has worked wonders!Seeing how much grossness seperates from the mouthguard it makes me think why it took me so long to get this device.I haven't tried ti with jewlery yet but I think it would be perfect to use.Great price for a device that makes me feel better when I sleep at night!

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty easy to use. Put the cleaner in the 'bowl' part, then press the on button. It has a timer that will turn it off when done. The vibrating can shake the very micro bits out, then the UV light is used to disinfect it.I didnt show my moms actual bridge getting cleaned since it looks icky but it works. Just remember to put a liquid in first. Without it the vibrations may cause issues to the device itself.Simple to use. 2 thumbs up.

This worked great for cleaning out the crevices between the links from my jewelry. I never realized how disgusting they were until I used this without any cleansers. Just the ultrasonic and UV lights were enough to have me dump in the rest of my other jewelry that I frequently use just to get them a quick and easy cleanup.
