Product arrived broken at the curve of the air stem, just before the air chamber. My fiance was able to fix it with super glue, but only time will tell how long that will hold up. Would have been a 5 star product if not for the fragility and arriving broken.

Will snap in two
So THAT happened. If you can't see the photo, the neck snapped right at the connection to the diffuser, making the whole system relatively useless. This all happened pretty much when I received it (After I rinsed it prior to use) I did request a refund - but really?! I truly have more enjoyable things to do with my time that deal with this hassle. This product is FRAGILE.

Very nice product, it works as advertised
Very nice product, it works as advertised, and it is at a very fair price it works for me and it does put out an even flow of tiny bubbles that is more concentrated for a steady flow of oxygen for your fish. go ahead and give this a try you will be glad you did.
