Reused Plaque
3 stars is generous. Engraved plaque arrived looking as if it was used at bottom of a nail or change jar somewhere. Scuffs scratches all over. Chances are someone returned it and it was sent to me as if new. Would not recommend.

Disappointed - Engraving is a Burgundy Color & Harder to Read
I thought the laser engraved words would be in black and easier to read based on the product photo. The one I received was a burgundy color and harder to read. Disappointed.

Mine appears used
The envelope is bent like something too large was in it and there is fingerprints and smudges all over it. Very disappointed honestly.
