Q: Does anyone know if this guitar should fit in the Gator GWE-DREAD 12 Acoustic Guitar Case?

Yes! It fits very nicely. I purchased both together and the case is excellent, especially for the price. The guitar may need some professional setup; neck adjustment, saddle modification (too high), but after that it's a great playing, tone rich 12 string. Note: if you have an android phone download PitchLab. Great little, free app. Makes quick work of tuning a 12 string, and about anything else with strings for that matter.

Q: how wide is the neck....what does the contour of the neck feel like....how is the action.. i have a bit of arthritis in my hand

Hi..I have arthritis issues myself. The guitar is quite comfortable to play. Tapers from 2 1/2in to 2in. C shaped neck. Action comes low. This was my 3rd Oscar Schmidt purchase. For the price can't beat the quality.

Q: Does it have strap buttons?

it has one on the bottom end but not on the neck
