I have a health condition that requires me to get IVs. These drinks have helped keep me hydrated in between. they don't taste great but that's ok because I can't do all the sugar and dyes anyways. the grape tastes the best

This is the very worst by a mile electrolyte formula I've ever tasted. It smells & tastes like there's something wrong with it. I've tried nearly every formula out there. Nothing comes close to how bad this is.I'm actually angry.

It's not bad among its peers, but like its peers, it's way too sweet.

Found them off of tiktok pots videos. I don't have pots but struggle to keep hydrated, This product does the trick for me, 1 stick on the morning gets my day started off just right.

Great amount of sodium for POTS. But the taste and texture are so hard to get past. It is very salty, hardly any sweet flavor to cover it and also somehow syrupy. Yes it's a medicinal product but they could absolutely improve it. Here's how I manage to drink mine: Mix packet with 16.9oz water, let sit in fridge at least 8 hours. It should be as cold as possible without freezing. Then (if your body can tolerate it) mix in a packet of crystal light or other flavor drink mix. Much more palatable.
