It has a problem last seen throughout the night with water better with ice

Sorely disappointed
The media could not be loaded. Simply put, the product did not work. I wanted to love it, but I'm beyond disappointed. It leaks water at the base without even going beyond the max line. The remote with battery attached does not work. It also makes an unusual mechanical noise upon powering it up. Not happy!!
