For the price, you're not going to get a quality product like the big boy manufacturers, but as an entry level smart watch it does work well and looks great. Only issues we've had are the Bluetooth sometimes connects to other speakers and items around the house, for some reason while upstairs the watch was switching off the TV downstairs...but these have been resolved with a but more thought into the setup. Great for those who want to try a smart watch before, potentially, investing in some of the high quality and high price tag versions.

I did initially have some issues getting this watch set up. Although it connected easily to my phone and watch itself worked perfectly, some of the data was not transferring onto the app. The step count appeared in the app but other data, such as sleep information, appeared on the watch but not was transferred into the app.My solution was to disconnect the watch then delete and reinstall the app and start again from scratch. Fortunately, that seemed to work and all is now working as it should.The watch looks good and the strap fits comfortably. The body appears to be made from plastic with a brushed metal finish. It does have a “raise to wake function” which activates the screen by bringing the watch up towards one’s face and seems to work quite well. It can also be activated using the button on the side.Swiping left goes through a number of functions. Some of these are fixed, and some can be selected using an “add component” screen which appears after swiping left as far as you can go. To remove optional components, touch the screen for more than two seconds and a display with a minus icon will appear.Swiping down gives access to a limited number of commonly used menus.Swiping up shows notifications and messages.Swiping right goes to the main menu, where a whole host of controls and functions can be accessed. There are too many to describe in full, but while browsing I even discovered a decibel meter and a couple of games! The button on the side can be used to back out of most menus.I am generally happy with this watch, but I’ve dropped it to just 4 stars because of the difficulty I had with the initial set up.
