Box is damaged
I was upset the box was completely destoryed. It’s hard to be a collector when you get ruined product. It’s not even stated that this product was damage in the description

Box came damaged, figure was fine
I was very excited to receive this item but I got so scared when I saw the box’s condition. I wondered how it even ended up like that?? I was relieved to find the figure undamaged but I’m upset the box got wrecked this way. It’s a beautiful figure though it really captures Neptune’s elegance.
