Access Panel 300mm x 500mm / 12" x 20" inch Plastic Inspection Door Hatch 30cm x 50cm P

Needed for access from a loft room wall to a bathroom ventilation fan. It fits well into the plasterboard wall between vertical studs and is just about large enough to access the fan. I couldn't fit a larger one due to distance between studs.

Works well at the moment

Bought to use as a neat ceiling access panel, but the plastic is so flimsy that the flap/door sags under its own very light weight. Now filed in the skip

Arrive fast. Slight kink on one long edge likely to have been done in transit, easily sorted prior to fitting. Fitted using grab adhesive. Looks great.

Great price. Very slim and easy to fit. Just what I needed with an access panel.Does what it says on the tin.

Have not fitted this panel yet, but it seems to be the one that will fit & work has I want it too
