Might rate 5 stars, but...
I can only assume this unit is accurate, I don't have a means to test it, so I won't rate it for accuracy. I bought it because the hygrometers on my humidifier, dehumidifier and two small stand-alone hygrometers all disagree, by as much as 10%. I figured a dedicated larger and more expensive hand-held unit should be more accurate. My big complaint is that the instructions are in Chinese, and I don't happen to read Chinese. The temperature readout is in centigrade, and I haven't been able to figure out how to change it to Fahrenheit.-------------------------------------------------------Update: Five days after contacting seller, still no response regarding instructions in English. Lowering rating from 3 stars to two. There seem to be a number of modes to operate this unit, but I have no idea how, and I'm not certain if I'm getting accurate information.---------------------------------------------------------I sent another email to the vendor, and got a response this time; they sent the English version of the manual. I can't upload a pdf here, but this might be useful:6.Switch the unitsWhen the unit is off, press the “ ” key and “ ”keyuntil the “ ----℃ ”appears then release the keys, then short pressthe “ ”key to switch the units among the Celsius, dew point,wet bulb, long press the “ ”key to turn the unit off and save thesetup.

JUNK. DO NOT BUY.
I am an HVAC tech and was looking for an affordable back up for by testo psychrometer. This is some kind of scam. There a no instructions in english that comes with the unit. Right out of the package it is stuck at 125C and 100% RH. It is totally useless. I have tried hundreds of button combinations trying to get it to reset or read correctly to no avail. AVOID!

Satisfied with supplier customer service
Less than 2 months of use and the screen is locked and no way of reseting the unit. However, supplier offered replacement at no cost.

Breaks after 4 days. Horribly inaccurate.
Was working fine... For 4 days. Screen got stuck at 257°F and 100%RH randomly. Figured it broke. Next morning it seemed fine until I realized the readings were then completely inaccurate. Don't waste your money, purchase a higher-quality product. It's worth the extra cash.
