Worked great bolting tyre changer to ground it ain't going nowhere now.

Do a job but not the best.
I only used these to anchor a parking sign to the ground. Which they were fine. But cannot mention how they stand up holding significant weight. They are slightly flimsy. Hammering them into the anchor block they almost fold and you need to be careful. 3/5 stars. Affordable.
