Has a good ingredient list, easy to swallow, with a coupon is a pretty good deal for the price.

I ordered this in August 2023, and it came double-safety-sealed with an expiration date of May 2026. I have taken about 1/3 of the bottle without any side effects. The label states they are manufactured in a cGMP facility.It's difficult for me to tell what effects supplements have without lab tests but I recommend researching the effects of ingredients and combinations of ingredients with reputable sources. If you think that this might help you then I can say that this is a very reasonable price for a 5-month supply.As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

Pretty good variety of ingredients shown to have positive effects on the cardiovascular system, I feel good having this in my diet.

Supplements aren't approved by the FDA and usually don't have enough studies or conclusive data to prove the effects they're thought to have.That doesn't mean they don't work.Nobody with any sense is going to take the word of a stranger about the quality or effectiveness of something like this.If you're considering this, you should know what you expect from it and if it's safe for you.So with that out of the way, this is a bergamot supplement and with bergamot being a type of citrus, if you get a good whiff of the open bottle, you can kind of make out a little bit of a lemony smell.Compared to a lot of other types of supplements/vitamins, this is already a welcome, if trivial, discovery.While there are supposed to be benefits specific to the bergamot concentrate, this appears to be an excellent source of Vitamin C and D3, exceeding recommended daily amounts for both.With 150 capsules for which you only need to take one a day, this single bottle provides a whopping FIVE month supply, making it an excellent value for that, alone.The capsules themselves are about the standard size and for me, like most capsules are much easier to take than supplements in pill form.I like only needing to take a single capsule a day.Although there is nothing conclusive out there about the bergamot-specific benefits, I'll continue to take these for the vitamin benefits and if the other happens to do anything, I see that as a bonus.
