This tape is pretty darn good at not pulling any hairs off the area around your wound. It comes in 1/4 inch perforated sections to make it easy for you to get the perfect size without using scissors to trim them to fit your wound and risk possible cross contamination. How the wife and I have been using them is we apply this to her wound and we take like an Ace bandage to wrap over top of it because the tape doesn't adhere well and is easy to remove, but then it doesn't stick as well, it's double edge sword. So we live with the less pain aspect of it, not the how long it's going to stay in place. But yeah really great bandage to use around sensitive areas. Just use something to keep in place if you can, it will stay in place but...... it does come off easy.

Loved these tapes for my kids. Softer to remove than other name brands and also leave no residue. A little pricey for what it is but works great for my kid who has sensitive skin so it is worth every penny.

This silicone medical tape does not tug at the skin or pull hair, making it a great alternative for those with skin sensitivity issues or delicate skin. However, the trade-off is that it is not as sticky as the tapes that DO tug. If you are willing to accept that, then this is a good tape! The tape comes off in little rectangular sheets. You can pull off multiple rectangles without separating them if you need a bigger piece of tape. The tape has a semi-plush, flexible feel. Feels good on the skin!

This silicone tape is very strange. It is basically super-thin silicone that sticks to your skin. It's perfect for when I need to change the dressing on my child's bandages or adjust the tape around a ventilator and he doesn't like it because it pulls his hair. These don't pull hair and are super easy to remove. That being said, they are also not quite as sticky as normal medical tape so if he's up moving a bunch I will need to use regular tape as it doesn't stick as well. The tape itself is soft and smooth to the touch and feels just like silicone. I'm pleased with it but want to set expectations that if you have a regular kid who runs around and plays outside, this tape probably won't work for your needs. If you have a kid (or adult) who is more sedentary, this is a pain-free alternative to regular medical tape.

This 2" wide roll of latex free silicone medical tape is perforated every 1/4 inch so I can use the amount I need without needing scissors. It adheres well, yet doesn't pull at my skin or hurt when it's removed. It's also waterproof so it maintains a moist wound field to promote healing while also protecting the wound from external contaminants. It feels much more comfortable than regular medical tape because it doesn't tug at my skin when I move, and it doesn't hurt when i remove it. I'm allergic to regular medical tape but I can use this silicone tape without any skin irritation or allergic reaction. This tape is an excellent choice for people with fragile skin and for folks like me who are sensitive to other medical tape. I think it's a bit expensive for one roll, but it is an excellent product.

This tape is perforated every 1/4 inch. It makes it easy to get a small amount without scissors. I put this tape on the bend of my index finger. I wore it several hours and washed my hands several times. I didn’t overlap the tape onto itself. I do believe this would have made its stay power much better. The tape started to peel up on the corners and the edges. It stayed firmly in the main area where I placed it including on the bend of my inner finger. Overall this is probably a good choice for this type of tape as it appears to do pretty well as sticking. When I did pull it off, it didn’t pull the skin.

I really like this silicone based tape, it is far superior to the normal medical tape I've used to secure gauze, dressings, etc. It's perforated every half inch or so, easy to tear down the line and the 2 inch width is very generous. I'm seriously impressed at how adhesive this is, yet it lifts off easily and does not pull off hairs. It is soft and a little stretchy, I can see runners using this to protect their nipples from chafing or ladies using this as breast lift tape. It is removeable and repositionable, even reusable if needed. The small perforated pieces work very well to secure around the edges of a gauze pad or whatever you need to secure, without tearing off long strips like traditional tape. This is a really great product at a good price.

I got this tape to put over scar cream as a treatment for scar removal. The tape is thin and easy to work with, and doesn’t hurt when it is peeled off! There are two things that I thought were brilliant about the tape. First, the perforations in the tape are everywhere, every 10 millimeters, and this makes tearing the tape super easy! No scissors are needed! Second, the tape comes with a plastic coated piece of paper to keep at the open end of the tape, so it doesn’t stick to itself! Love this! It also comes with a hard plastic sleeve so dust, lint, and hair doesn’t easily get to the tape when it’s not in use. Happy with it so far!
