Fantastic for meal prep and/or to take to work for lunches. They are small but you'll be surprised how much fits in! For example, I can fill mine with either:- two ladles of soup- two and a half large scoops of stir-fry- two Tblsp of rice + 3 Tblsp satay chicken- three Tblsp of Spaghetti bolognaise- two rissoles- 6-8 nuggets...anyway, you get the idea - definitely enough for one portion.I bought 7x 3-pack and use these for almost everything now (meal prep, kids lunches, work lunches, snack containers, and freezing portions of soups and casseroles).You obviously can't use these for the traditional 'sandwich & apple' lunches but I'm mostly happy to use a cling wrap for those and check them into my kid's cooler-lunch bag.Overall, I am a total convert. I love these convenient and small containers and have thrown away most of my larger containers now because I just don't need them (although I still use the larger oven-safe glass ones which come in handy when cooking or temporarily storing hot food).

The product is very goodBut too small, also the pictures displayed for product are misleading and confusing.

I thought they would be bigger than they are, so limited uses around home. But handy for small bits to contain in fridge.
