The shirt was a great fit! Very comfortable and breathable material. It was stretchy but not so much to where it’s a problem. It did just fine in the washer and the stitching held up. Functions as it should so do not turn a blind eye on this quality made shirt.

I live in Florida and I wear these all summer. They keep me cool and dry in the summer sun.I ordered extra large and that’s exactly what I got perfect sizingThey also look great. I have four different colors in wear them almost every day.

Love how it keeps me cool during my workouts. Material is super comfy and nice. Not too tight. Not too loose. Just perfect. I’ll probably buy the green one soon.

This purchase was a very pleasant surprise. I had a purpose for buying this shirt, and it had nothing to do with making a fashion statement! ;) I am currently working and living in a very hot country that is sunny 99% of the year. And as someone who has an Irish/Northern European type of fair complexion, I was actually getting too much sun and even sun burnt on exposed skin, even when out for short periods like doing errands, sitting outside with friends at a cafe and while driving. I can get sunburns in a short period of time. This UPF 50 sun protective shirt was purchased to help protect me. We now know, and all should know that the sun not only can cause significant premature aging and wrinkles, but it can initiate cancers like melanomas. I had to have something removed about a year ago. In the past I was not careful enough, and received many serious sunburns. These type of shirts used to be called "rash guards", and were used by people spending a lot of time in or on the water - swimming, snorkeling, river rafting, kayaking, scuba diving etc. Now, these loose fitting styles can be worn like a regular t-shirt - walking around town, working out, jogging etc. To my surprise, this shirt exceeded my expectations. It seems to be well constructed, with a good feeling and sturdy material, and they got the neck right as well (I dislike when the neck opening is to large and sloppy looking). This has a more traditional cut/shape (not tapered or fitted), and feels comfortable as I am about 6'3" with a bit of a belly. I have already washed and worn this shirt. For me, this shirt can serve multiple roles - I can wear it on a day to day basis, I can wear it for for swimming in a pool or the ocean and I can wear it for hiking or touring. The shirt that I bought has long sleeves for more complete protection. I only gave it 4 stars because it is new and I cannot speak to it's durability (and I reserve 5 stars for serious and rare perfection) :) I plan on picking up a few more colors, now that I can see the quality. So, in closing, I feel comfortable in recommending this shirt. PS don't forget to use high number SPF cream on your face and neck when you use these shirts for more complete sun protection! :) Good luck.

Northyard is a great brand for all product lines. This shirt fits as expected and is a great value. I bought multiple shirts in different colors for the summer.

Used it all last summer and was great. It breaths well, doesn't overheat even though it's a longsleeve shirt in the sun in the middle of summer. I hope it helped protect me from the UV rays but I have no way of verifying that, so I'm going to go with it helps. I like the light blue color a lot. It washes well. I highly recommend and will probably get another so I alway have one to wear when working outside.

The shirt would have fit okay in size but the neckline was far too large for a size small shirt. Returned.
