I do not know the reason why but approximately after 1 year or less the middle wheel button of the mouse loses its function. This is the second time it happened happened with this exact model.Extremely disappointed.One mouse failing can happen, but for it happen for the second time. I'm sad and apparently very unlucky. Hope this happened to just me. But beware with your purchases.For reference I have had other wireless mouse previous to this model and I used to for a long time till I lose the USB receiver.

This is an excellent cheap mouse. Its built for a price, and it probably exceeds what anyone has the right to expect for under £10. It doesn't feel particularly weighty, but you'll find many of the premium mice have metal weights inside to give that feel (Logitech...). I purchased it as my Apple magic mice, although a thing of beauty are giving me bad hand cramps after long periods of using them, so I thought I'd try this and have been surprised by how good it is for the price. The sensitivity can be set from the top of the mouse which is helpful but the side buttons don't seem to have any function in MacOS unfortunately. Its easy to setup, simply plug the small transmitter into any device (raspberry pi, macOS, windows, linux etc) and after a couple of seconds it starts working. Recommended!

I purchased 2 of these mice in December and to start with I was really pleased with them. They worked well and were comfortable to use. However with time the scrolling wheel has become unreliable and doesn't necessarily scroll the page up and down and also... more annoyingly... it appears that both mice are controlled by the same USB stick. The USB stick for one seems to have stopped working and that mouse - while supposedly linked to its USB stick in one laptop, is actually controlling the cursor on the other computer!! Unfortunately the window for return has long since closed , but I would expect more than 6 months worth of use out of the product.

We've used this for over a year with a laptop at home. It's a decent mouse, responsive accurate and easy to use. The overall quality of its finish is really good. The pads on which it glides could be a bit better.We have just purchased a second one for my wife's work laptop.

I love this mouse but today, after 7 months of use, the scroll wheel stopped working. It feels looser (normally there's a bit of friction and you can feel each scroll) but I'm not sure what triggered it - I was scrolling as normal and it just became loose. I would love to redeem my warranty but there are no clear instructions on how to do this! Please help me out; I'd love to be able to scroll again!

I got this mouse delivered on Tuesday. It is great to hold, has a smooth movement. However the durability of the ISB part leaves alot to be desired. The outer casing came away from the fest of the USB stick while in my laptop, yes in the laptop10 minutes later I managed to remove it, but it had caused the USB to come apart into its 3 parts 😡

Bought to allow daughter to use on her new £230 laptop.No sooner as the AA battery was added-it over-heated and did not work with the laptop.Managed to pull out the usb with pliers and luckily the laptop still works.Christmas Day and one unhappy 11 year old.Dangerous and will not purchase again.

I ordered this mouse as I already have a similar mouse that works very well. But I had a bad experience with this product for the second time as it came with a faulty receiver. I had ordered another mouse couple of weeks ago, which had similar issues that I returned. Since I had a good experience with my current mouse, I ordered a replacement but this again came with a faulty receiver, which is beyond belief. I wonder if the company has a faulty batch of receivers that they need to recall.
