I am trying to learn to crochet again and this has been fun. Very informative. Although I am still struggling with this, it is not due to the product at all, it is my lack of coordination and attention span, but I contiue to try.

Great for beginners or those going back to the craft!
It had been awhile since I had last crocheted, but I got that urge again so I decided to try a kit for the first time.This one was SO easy to follow! The book has little pictures to help guide you, so that helped me a ton. And the bat turned out so cute my 4yo nabbed it immediately after it was done😂 I'll definitely be looking for new kits to try from this seller!

Definitely not the kit to start with if you are a beginner, but for those ready to stretch their skills a little, this is great!I have created 4 of these cute bats now and they are sooooooo cute! I love this kit!

Beware of the safety eyes
The kit (for beginners) comes in a tiny bag which is not a big deal, but when I was looking thru everything that came in the kit the safety eyes did not the back pieces to hold them in place .So if I was new to crochet and using safety eyes I would not know they were missing.

Makes a Great Gift; moderate not beginner
These are adorable, however, not for beginners. Video is linked to the instructions, Scan the code that says Bat or whatever you purchased. The first code is a good one for beginners to use for practice as this pattern is more advanced then you would think. The size of the yarn is not something I would have suggested for beginners as they need to see what is being described in the video tutorial.This pattern is great for those coming back to the craft and need their wheels waxed :)These are cute and fun to know how to do, so I would suggest anyone who has this and is new, Keep the steps but start with bigger yarn all the way around. this will product a bigger Bat but after a few tries you will know the technic and can size down.The videos are not readily available for anyone on you tube so purchase is required for these.

Sizing of yarn
Listen my only problem with this kit is that the yarn is so small it so hard to see what im actually doing, if it was a little bigger I would be able to know where im at. This is my first time crocheting and i love it, but i wish the yarn was bigger
