I love how this will decompress and relieve pain in my neck & shoulders. I used to use a over door device which is uncomfortable & inconvenient. I had a fracture to my neck years ago. Also dislocated my shoulder, broke shoulder blade and collar bone and still have pain from that accident. This device does help without being painful. Easy to store inside a makeup bag and even travel with. I would recommend this to anyone having neck pain.

My wife suffers from neck pain that resulted from her profession as a hair stylist. She constantly looks down, and her c6-c7 vertebra has issues. This stretches the neck vertebrae and provides comfort from neck compression. “She Loves the results”.However the Caution: this thing will choke you out if you pump it up too tight. Imagine a blood pressure cuff on your neck. If your not careful or if your careless and your plying around. You could loose conches.I would never sleep with this on, you might have the most undisturbed experience of a life time.

I gave this 4 stars, good quality, east use and does what it should. The one take away is as it inflates it does get a little tighter around the neck. Maybe it's me, but I don't want pass out. I use with a whole lot of caution.

I bought this product last year to help my neck pain.I've been using it gently & occasionally.Unfortunately the air pump quality is very poor & I believe there must be something wrong with the valve to keep the air in. It doesn't work anymore. Unfortunately, it has passed the time window for return or exchange.

Love how this feels when fully pumped up. With bone spurs in my cervical spine this helps take some pressure off my nerves!
