Nice BUT - UK Trip
This is a nice product overall. Received it and powered it up in the car. The screen size is nice. I actually wanted it for our upcoming UK trip. These maps arent loaded. When I finally reached Tech support, this is how they say to do it:'First you need to go to the website to download the map, which requires about 6G storage space, and then use the USB cable to connect the machine to the computer, enter the storage folder of the machine, delete all the files in it, and then decompress the downloaded map file and put it in the Just in the folder. Be sure to unzip it first and put it in a folder. Finally, set the navigation path and find the NAVI.EXE file. thank you for your support!'I am not tech savvy so going to return it and find one that is easier to use. i am sure it works great for USA maps, but trying to do the above is a waste of my time.UPDATE: They were very responsive with my enquiry and gave me a full refund right away. Very nice vendor to deal with. Like I mentioned, this is great for US maps and the screen is amazing.

Waste of money
It works but is absolutely nothing special considering the price. It doesn’t hold a charge very long and stops working on a whim.

The user infterface is difficult to learn
Unit appears to be quality. However, if your thinking USA friendly its not. Once you learn it you may be happy with it. But it will take you awhile to learn if your use to google maps or Garmin.

Good for trucking,but not perfect.
It is very nice GPS . Perfect for car and pickupTruck and SUV. However, it has some important functionality for trucking is missing:It is not compliance with DOT(HOS, IFT).

Not at all as user friendly as reviews shown state
Unit could not recognize any business by name. That tells me the declaration of current maps is bogus. Put in the address of the business and it will take you to that address but still does not indicate the business. So unless you know the address of what you are looking for you are screened. Dig deep online and you will find hidden negative reviews against this brand. Sending back after using 3 days.
