Clarity 12" Super Clear Gatefold Resealable Outer Vinyl Record & LP Blake Sleeves Covers (Pack of 50)

Excellent, just what I needed! Perfect, value for money.

After a bit of trial and error i have settled on these sleeves in the large size for all my single and non gatefold double lps. The first batch i bought were the single lp size and whilst fine for some lps i found them a very tight fit resulting in damaged sleeves, the material is quite flimsy so if you try to force a record in it will split down the seams.Yea so for me the double lp is the way to go, i haven't yet come acoss a record that won't fit, i even have a couple of triple albums in these.I don't follow the modern trend of storing my records at the rear of the cover for easy access, they are inside the cover where they're supposed to be meaning when i play abums i have to remove from the outer sleeves regularly and so far no issues with the adhesive losing stickiness.Overall i would say these are perfect for the job and they make your albums look new again just be mindful to buy the correct size

I prefer to place my records in their protective sleeves vertically, with the opening at the top, as this makes them easier to slide onto a shelf; however, with a very springy Spaniel at home, this method makes it easy for dirt and debris to make its way in from the top.Over the last couple of months, I'd been buying some vinyl records from Japan, and the seller placed them all in resealable plastic sleeves - that's what got me looking to see if I could get similar ones here.Basically, I was sold on the fact that they're resealable. I don't play my records frequently as I keep digital backups, so I'm not concerned about the sleeves losing their adhesiveness, nor will they experience much wear-and-tear. Yes, they are quite thin compared to Spincare's Density (read the product description - it's stated very clearly), they're not as flimsy as the ones I was sent from Japan, or the ones Kscope used to package their vinyl releases in; I've had little trouble getting some of my 50th Anniversary Fela Kuti LPs into them without any tears or splits, and these are mostly double LPs or gatefolds with a cardboard Obi. A bit fiddly as you have to feel for which side has the opening, but not irritatingly so.

I’ve bought over 500 of these and only spilt 5 covers- due to my error rather than quality, they are the best product I’ve found over many years, great for up to 3 records or 2with a gatefold sleeve, 100% recommend

Way too thin & easy to split

I've been using these outers for the last couple of years now and have moved all of my vinyl over to them. I have found them to be consistent in their sizing (unlike some LP jacketswhich do seem to vary) and durable.I buy both the standard 12" and gatefold sizes and use as necessary. Some thinner gatefold LPs will fit in the standard outer but don't try to force it too much as it will split the seam along the edge fairly easily if you do.I tend not to remove the LP jacket from the outer once it's in and my records sit in their inner sleeve the rear of the jacket for was of access.Before I started using these I was concerned that over time the adhesive on the closure would be removed and it would stop closing but I have not found this to be the case after a couple of years.Being crystal clear they really do make you LP covers pop, especially the older ones with some wear. I'll continue to use these whilst they remain at this price as I am very happy with them.If you value your record collection then I think these are a wise investment, along with some decent inner sleeves to protect your vinyl. For the inners I use the Dynamic rounded anti-static sleeves from the same company and have found these to be the best for me in terms of price / quality.

Placing a single album with gatefold sleeve difficult and easily ripped along side seal. Doubles ? No chance. Single flat thin sleeves fine.

I left a review of these on 17th January and have just received a second batch of these record sleeves. Oh dear!! My initial review mentioned that the sleeves were a little too small for some gatefold cover albums but with this second batch I'm having trouble getting them to fit even SINGLE sleeve albums. What's going on? Why has the size changed when it's the same item as I ordered before? Not happy at all now and seriously wonder if I want to get any more of this make sleeve (even though they do make my old albums look good!).
