Nothing like the picture - no value for money my little girl terribly disappointed - want money back

I bought a small for my one year old who will be a hobbit on Halloween and it fits him just about right (and yes he still has 7 months of growing to do before then, but I'm sure it will fit then too). It is a bit long for him now and wide in the shoulders, but I'm sure it will fit better by Halloween. The quality is good for the price. I am pleased with this purchase.
