Does what it says on the tin, can't dispute that at all, however, I did manage to cut a great deal of my finger off while setting the wand/ cane off - it didn't really hurt too much as it was a clean cut, my finger has a flat edge now which is a pretty odd adjustment to make, it scared two of my friends half to death, which actually turned out to be a lot more entertaining than the wand itself! I would suggest you put a clear age rating on the item description just in case a child is bought this as a gift because it seems as though it'll take as their eye out or lose them a few digits.
