Good Product
These fibre pills are un coated so can be difficult to swallow sometimes but if you take them with an icy drink, it is fine. Between 6-10 a day is a good maintenance dose and cheaper than the single bottle of this product being sold here

Good product for constipation as I am on low carb diet. Constipation is one of the side effect of low carb diet and the body needs a lot fibre. Satisfied and would recommend it to people.
