Ultimately your Zombies collection could do without this. The rule book offers some interesting campaign suggestions but honestly if you have multiple Zombies sets you would likely experiment with merging them already. The positives of the set are the character cards and some of the rules. Introducing stats for zombie animals is good but truly should have been a part of Zombies 12 to begin with. I now own everything associated with Zombies, including buying and making a few different zombies 6.66 sets but this box added very little that I didn’t already experiment with in the past. I think if you want to create a campaign out of Zombies 1-13 this can really boost your experience but as a one off purchase it is non essential. Due to its age, there are no rules regarding incorporating Zombies 14 or 15.
