Hello. It would depend on what you were using the tights for. Our school of ballet is very strict about tight colors - always ballet pink for ballet, and nude for jazz, tap. If you are looking for the "no" color - go for the nude, even though it is a very beige (tan), it will still look more like flesh. The ballet pink is very soft, but looks just as it does in the picture, and you could definitely tell she was wearing tights.

Q: what color should I get for ballet class? Is the peach ballet pink?

We get nude/suntan and white. Those are the colors used in recitals too. The ballet pink hasn't been used in our 4 years of ballet.

Q: Are the peach tights like a nude for fair skinned children?

No, they look orange on my daughter and she is very fair skinned. The pink ones are nice but the peach are onky good for Halloawen they are so orange.
