I used to have concerns about the electric pulse massager; however, this one changed my mind. I use it after my tennis matches. It is portable, and I can use it in my car. It is convenient and effective. I no longer feel stiffness in my neck after just a few minutes of use.

Great fit and function and easy to use

This works well to relieve my neck pain. It is comfortable against my skin. I use it in the evening after a long day. The battery lasts a long time.

The overall concept of this device is great! The actual design of it could be adapted. Each plate delivers electrical sensations to various trigger points in your neck. In order for me to get complete contact and effectiveness, I usually have to hold the device closer to my neck. My neck is small so the device doesn’t fit flushing a few spots and that affects the connectivity. I definitely get better results using a conductive gel with it. Sometimes, I can get it in place and stay super still and not have to hold it. You can definitely relax and get more benefits if you’re not holding it. Someone with a larger neck would probably get better results. There are 15 different pattern variations and optional heat. The heat feels amazing in combination with the TENS cycles. The unit will run for 10 minutes and then auto shutdown. The buttons are simple. Power on and then use power button to cycle through various TENS patterns. Heat button is separate at top of buttons. + or - control intensity. I usually turn it up fairly high. It feels great when properly touching and giving good connection. It’s lightweight, but not actually adjustable size wise. It is completely wireless, so it can be worn while performing many activities. Comes with mini USB cable to recharge. Charges fairly fast and stays charged through numerous cycles.

I have a fairly small neck and this fits well however I am quite disappointed I can't get it to work the way it says it should and in all honesty I was holding it while I was trying to figure out how to use it and it shocked me when I turned it on so I'm a little hesitant to play with it too much because it happened with my son also, so it wasn't just me struggling to understand how to use it. I thought this would be a good option because it does say massage also but I can't get it to turn on the TENS or as my son lives to call it the electric shock mode. Maybe I just got a defective one.
