This is a beautiful clock for the money. You don’t need to self wind it either which is great. My mother has always wanted a cuckoo clock and with this affordable clock we could purchase her one. It’s bigger than I thought, and all the parts move and it’s so cute. Plays 12 different songs.

I purchased this clock in August of this year I've always wanted a clock like this so I ordered it and when I received it I realize that being dancers just below the cuckoo bird were not moving on the hour as they were supposed to so I e-mailed the company and told them about this situation and I wrote back and told me what I could do that might possibly get them to work like they were supposed to after about three or four e-mails a day decided that this clock was effective and were more than willing to send me a new one and they did I. am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone that asked me thank you to the company for being so kind and gracious in this matter I really do appreciate it Kevin Burns

DO NOT BUY THIS CLOCK. IT IS A COMPLETE PIECE OF GARBAGE. I ordered the first one and the water wheel and ax did not work. They sent me a replacement and the same issue. The dancers works but nothing else. Amazon did their job and gave me a $50 credit but the manufacturer needs to find out why the lower figures do not turn as they should. I will never buy another Kintron clock. TRASH!!!!!

I got this for my 91 year old mother. She wanted a clock with people dancing. She loves it. I couldn't afford the actual cockcoo clock that had the pull chains.

My mom purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandma. A little pricey, but we liked how many moving elements there were relative to other cuckoo clocks on Amazon. When the clock arrived, it was very well packaged and secure to ensure minimal damage while shipping. The clock looked very nice and as described aside from some hot glue which was visible. My grandma was super excited to receive it and a relative put it up on her wall for her. It plays a song every hour and moves each of the four moving elements. After about a week or two, my grandma commented that two of the four moving elements were not moving (the water wheel and lumberjack). When we opened up the back, we noticed that these two mechanisms were connected and one of the batteries was coming out of its holder. We repositioned the battery and it worked again as intended. Yesterday, my mom went over my grandma’s house to visit and my grandma said those same two mechanisms had stopped working. For the price, we had expected it to work well and hoped the other reviews were incorrect about parts not working properly. At this point, we will be returning it, as well as the warranty. For any potential buyers: I would advise looking into a less expensive cuckoo clock with less moving parts; the more moving parts, the more likely something is to not work. I honestly do not believe this is worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.  Great workmanship, large size, multiple animated features (bird, dancers, water mill, wood chopper), music is a bit electronic sounding but this clock exceeds expectations on every other level, does not look cheap. Highly recommend.
