This neck roll is very supportive! And it's longer than my other one! I used it on my back! I'm heavy set and used it to help relax tense muscle in my back by using it along with a regular bed pillow and it was amazing for that!My only negative comment is the zipper always ends at under my neck instead of on the bed. But they did a good job trying. 👍🏻Try a thinner zipper??

It is the perfect hight but it is so stiff and so hard you almost can’t use it

It’s not bad for ten bucks. It’s not memory foam so it springs back better. The 4” diameter is perfect-the cover is a bit scratchy and the zipper isn’t flush with the fabric.It’s not perfect, but it’s better than what I had and it’s affordable.Until I find the perfect firmness that isn’t 40 of 50 bucks it works fine.

The length is nice, and the zippered cover is pretty and well made.Inside, there is an uncovered, firm foam roll. I use various firmnesses of memory foam in other products. This does NOT appear to be memory foam. While memory foam generally has a sponginess to it that, when compressed, slowly rises, this is a dry, firm foam that bounces back immediately when compressed, like normal foam. The weight of a neck is not enough to compress it, but obviously, with a hand, it can be compressed. Though I am not a small person, for me, the 4.75" diameter ended up being a little to high for my neck, even laying on my side. I wish I'd chosen the 4" diameter. I think the 4" dIameter would work better for just about everyone with foam this firm that is going to retain its size/shape rather than smoosh down with your neck on it. With this firmness, I think the 4" diameter would also work better for lumbar support. I have another smaller one that is the 4.75" size that IS memory foam, and is fine in that diameter, BUT this one elevates my head and neck a bit too much due to the firmness and type of foam used.What I do end up using it for is a roll to lean my back against when I sleep on my side. This happened by accident the first night, but it actually made for a nice aupport that way. It also makes a nice support under my knees or to rest my ankle on, as I broke my foot and don't want prrssure on that foot right now. So, it has a use, but not the one I purchased it for.

This pillow has been a game changer and a life saver for me. I suffer from a ton of health problems some being severe back and sciatica issues along with hip and knee issues all of which cause me severe daily pain. I have previously tried so many pillows claiming to do the job I needed but they never did. However, this pillow on the other hand has been absolutely wonderful. It fits so perfectly where I need it and the thickness/firmness is just right that it positions those bad areas enough taking the pressure off and immediately relieves the pain. I have been using this pillow for some time now and it is still just as excellent of condition now as it was when it first arrived, it has not lost shape nor firmness even in the slightest. It's still perfect. Another great feature is that there is a removable cover than can be washed. I love this pillow so much that I'm going to grab more for gifts because I know others will love this pillow too. I'd like to point out that when this pillow arrives it is vacuum sealed and folded into a very small box but don't worry as the pillow starts expanding the moment you open the outside wrap/plastic. It will expand so well that you'd never know it had been folded as there are zero creases and no misshaping of the pillow. The pillow cover is made of a grey and white textured material but the texture nor material are bothersome. Like I said this pillow has made such a huge difference for my pain so I definitely recommend it!
