This web shooter really adds to the cosplay element of my spider man costume. It is pretty nice to have and fits perfectly on my wrist. The first thing I will say is that this thing is spring loaded but it is not loaded when you receive it. You have to actually press the other end into the actual mechanism and hear a click then it is loaded. You can attach the suction to the other end as well if you want it to stick to a wall or object. It is not pinpoint accurate but it actually has some range to it. The next thing is that this is a velcro strap in order to attach to your wrist. It is actually pretty strong so you do not have to worry about it coming off. It is also not very uncomfortable but you will have a harder time moving your wrist around with this thing on. The trigger is not overly sensitive and requires some pressure before it can be triggered. It shoots at a very fast range so be careful not to have this pointed at anyone's eye or anything. The string is pretty strong so you do not have to worry about it snapping. What I really enjoy about it is that you can retract it. You just press a button and it will retract all the way back to the wrist. One thing I will say is that it does not reload it for you and be careful as the string can be tangled in the spring. Do not continue to press the retract button because it will just make it tighter. Overall I love this device. I wish it came with two but one will be okay. It shoots pretty far and is relatively accurate to the show. It uses a type c cable to charge and nothing special about the type c cable. It does not use a ton battery power power so do not expect it to need it to be recharged any time soon.

My 13 year old son saved up his own money to purchase this. He has had hours and hours of fun with it. He did get the cord tangled up at one time and brought it to me to fix. The unit was VERY easy to take apart and fix, and it worked perfectly again.

We loved this for 24 hours before it broke. Ordered another assuming that one was a fluke. The second one broke in the same place within 2 days. Ordered a similar item, different seller, with a different mechanism and that one is still working. This one cannot withstand the strain against the plastic piece that is pressed to shoot the string. The base just cracks.

My son wanted to buy this webshooter with birthday money he received. When it arrived he was so excited and played with it non-stop for days. Running around the house shooting anything he could. Unfortunately there was an issue with the product but I was able to scan the warranty QR code that came in the box and received the best customer service from Andy. He expedited a replacement and was a pleasure to work with. My son, is back to web shooting and having a blast. No issues for weeks now.

Nephew who loves Spider-Man really enjoyed this. It can be opened to detangle, which is helpful until you learn how to launch and rewind it better to avoid that. An adult may need to help detangle. Held up better than I expected to kid use over Christmas.

My son wanted one of these so bad. He saved up his money to get it himself. He's 11 yrs old. He played with this for a few hours when it arrived, it worked great at first, but then after a few hours it would stick where you'd have to push it extremely hard and then it wouldn't blast out, after using a lot of force (especially with only 1 handed use) it would finally discharge, the string and suction cup wouldn't go anywhere besides fall downwards. When these are made for kids they shouldn't be so hard to discharge it + not work after a few hrs of use. He didn't use it non stop, he more less thought it was cool so he wore it on his hand awhile + would randomly shoot it at the fridge, window, washed + dryer. I told him I was gonna return it, but he was so upset because he showed all his friends on his video games that he finally got 1 + bought himself that he was upset that if I sent it back it would take awhile to get a new one + his friends that he told he got 1, but didn't get to show them yet would think he was lying about really having one. Your talking about a kid that was super excited to have one since a lot of his friends had one or were gonna get one. So he had to have one. He only got to use for that 1 day anyway, but he was able to show people he had 1. I will say though, the suction cups stick extremely well and that held up and stick to anything he tried it on. These should definitely be made to hold up for the price and the fact kids are using them and all kids are wanting them. I will update with a video once he pulls it out of his closet, but he's sick and just recently had surgery.

This toy is built so well! Customer service is so great and helpful if you need anything. They also are available for troubleshooting! My son got this for his 9th birthday, and it was by far his favorite present. It's so sweet. Definitely worth the buy! Also got everyone saying it won't charge, I read troubleshoot and I took the battery cover off, turns out, it was fully charged but the strong coiled up and was stuck a little. Easily untangled, started shooting again! Great product and customer service. Still my kids favorite a month later and my younger kid now wants one to.

I bought this for my son who’s 10, he absolutely loves it! It shoot far, the magnetic is strong enough to stick on our fridge or he shoot metal poles outside etc.But my review is more for this company’s customer service. Ours broke in sorta a random spot. I emailed the company (not through Amazon) the had great fast communication with me and replace it. However there was a shipping error on my side, I re-emailed the company and with zero hesitation the sent out a replacement one with the correct address.I would have happily paid for the shipping since the address error was my fault for not catching it but the reply/ Re shipped the webshooter before I could even offer.My ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review goes to the customer service department.
