Great toy!
We've had these chipmunks for almost 2 years now! They have been much loved and played with almost every day. Hands down her favourite toy!She loves shaking the log to get them out and then carrying them around for a game of chase and a bit of tug of war. Bella is generally pretty gentle with her toys so I'm probably not in the best position to comment on durability but I am very impressed that after 2 years all the chipmunks and the log are intact with no signs of damage.Unfortunately thanks to numerous washes most of the chipmunks do not squeak anymore so I'm buying some replacements. Well worth the money!

My dogs love this
My boys love this and so far after a couple of months of hard play only a tiny hole in the log which is good for my hard chewer. They love taking the squirrel's out one by one but by far the best fun for them is shaking the log hard and watching them fly. So far only one missing ear on one of the squirrels which is brilliant for my boys. They all live to squeak another day

Durable for a fierce dog
Let's get the negatives out of the way: 1. there is a lot of plastic, and some of the little ties may get stuck in the toy, posing a hazard to your dog. Check thoroughly. 2. the seam stitching around the holes of the log is messy. It does all seem strong, but it looks like it isn't... we'll have to see how long it lasts. 3. we have a Yorkshire Terrier, a small dog, and the squirrels in the small version of the toy are small enough he can get a whole one in his mouth, a larger choking hazard.BUT we bought this on Christmas Day after said dog "killed" the supposedly-tough snow leopard toy we got him for Christmas in about 15 minutes. Squeaker dead and ear ripped off, this elderly dog with only a few teeth goes all out when he has a squeaky plush toy to chew. He was sad he could no longer play, especially with the excited mood of the day around him, so we got him a new toy on Amazon to arrive quickly. It arrived quickly. After being unwrapped and we noticed the above problems, I then put two of the squirrels in the log part and gave him the other so he knew what he was "searching" for. The squirrel is still intact, though the squeaker died today, and he is having a great time trying to get the other two out of the log while getting his biting and squeaking fill in.If you have a dog that bites through plush toys quickly, the added "get it out of the log" factor helps the toy survive and keeps them endlessly entertained.

My neighbours dog loves this toy
Best dog toy I have ever bought. My neighbours dog comes to me once a week and I bought this toy for her. She plays with it non stop for about 3 hours every week. After 9 months it's still intact and she still loves it. Very good value.
