This kit is handy. I’m always working on mowers and this kit is just the ticket if you need to replace terminal ends. The adjustable sizes are a little tight but that’s what you would expect. This kit is well worth the money.

The lugs are fine. For the price, I'd be okay with just the lugs, you really do get a ton of them. I really hate how all of these sets for lugs on amazon proudly proclaim that their lugs have a "window" so you can see that the cable made it into the lug. I don't need that, nobody needs that. All it does is introduce another place for moisture to get in and corrode the copper on the inside of the lug.I couldn't get the crimper to give me anywhere close to a good enough crimp, but the lugs are thin enough for some decent pliers to do the trick.The cable cutter actually works just fine. I'm sure the metal is pretty soft, and they won't last a real long time, but none of these things seem to, and for home use they will be just fine.The heat shrink tubes are just a joke. Don't even bother, they are thinner than saran wrap, and provide about the same protection as saran wrap would.

Price was great. Some basid instructions would be nice.

I was having grounding issues on my vehicle so I redid all the battery connections. This kit has everything you need, clamps are very firm and the pliers are really easy to use. A+

I do a lot of wiring in boats and find myself using them for a lot of other things that arent crimped just because they work so nice.The crimper is a beast and has a very solid feel and performance.Crimps evenly and tightly and the crimpmatches the size marked on the tool, better than some cheaper ones Ive had in the past.

Local solar installed solar array to feed back to utility behind my house. When power went down i almost lost everything in fridge/freezer. Bought solar generator all in one package for $600 and tested how long it would run appliances. Only ran freezer for 6 hours. Returned solar generator and portable solar array in favor of constructing my own. Bought (2) 12v 200amp/ batteries and highbred inverter./ Charger. Needed cutter/clamping tool to make my own cables. Crimping tool requires a lot of arm strength to crimp on connector. Thinking of buying hydroulic crimper for $60+ as replacement. Both work as intended but at 65. I don't have arm strength any more. Only give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the arm strength needed. Hope this helps in your decision process.

Good quality and perfect for what i needed it for- to install stereo system with subs in a vehicle. Was tired of old crimpers and these new ones and connectors are perfect.
