This tablet was bought as a present for a 5 year old child. The soft rubber case was perfect for this tablet as it was for a child and has protected the tablet on many occasions when dropped. The 10 inch screen was also perfect size for a child and he found it really easy to use. I would recommend this tablet to anyone considering buying a tablet for a child. I did have to contact customer service also who were extremely helpful and easy to deal with

****EDIT I still stand by what I have written previously, it isn't easy to set up, it did break after only having it for 2 month BUT my son does love it, he uses it for education and yes paw patrol, and the company were fantastic with my complaints and issues, and solved them promptly and the lady was so polite and understanding, if you can get over how long it takes to set up and have patience it is definitely worth the money!!**** I ordered this for my sons Christmas present. And all I can say is, I'm glad I've been trying to set it up the last 24 hours and NOT on Christmas morning. My child has a google account and is on my family link. It accepts the email address etc buy then gets stick when downloading Google play store updates, tells me an error and to try again, it then reboots and I have to start the whole process all over again!!! And now not two months of owning it, it has crashed, the touch screen function does not work, so frustrating!! because when it was working my son absolutely adored it, played games, educational section, it was his best gift!!

This tablet is excellent for toddlers. We needed some service support and received all the assistance required instantly.

Got this for my daughter the tablet itself Is fine, suitable for purpose and it is a cheap option so you get what you pay for. Having said that I was irritated it came out of the box with a few scuff marks on the screen and in the short time it was out before I got the protector on there are several scratches. The screen is way to soft for a kids tablet. Just make sure you put protector on immediately. If it had cost more I would of sent it back and asked for a new one but I literally just don't have the energy to faff about trying to get one when it was a relatively cheap item.

I recommend every parent to buy this tablet for their little ones.it comes with a nice cover my little girl really enjoyed her tablet 😊 no more fights for the Tele remotes with her sister now .This tablet it's easy to use and the battery last longer .

This is a very good item for toddlers and young children. Can be programmed to grow with the child's needs

Bought two of these as Christmas presents for my children. Both tablets are unable to connect to WiFi, tested on two different networks and also on a mobile hotspot. This means you are unable to complete the setup process and the tablets are effectively useless.Even if you were able to connect to WiFi, the tablet is of very low quality. Extremely slow and frustrating to use. The screen quality is poor also. Even for children you would be better of spending slightly more.
