I bought this product because it was cheap; and if it didn't work, I would be OK with discarding it. I brought it to work, where I often experience back pain because of sitting for long hours in my office chair. So, I decided that I would lay on it for 5 or 10 minutes, whenever time permits, especially on stressful days. And I will admit, it's not the most comfortable piece of equipment to lay on, but I have found some levels of relief after using it. But make certain to have a shirt on that has some cotton density. Otherwise, it will feel like you're resting on a sharp object, as if you were naked. I've even experienced that popping and cracking sound as if at my chiropractor's when getting my back adjusted. When that occurs, it's amazing! But this is just my experience. And please know, that I've been dealing with back issues for almost 20 years, and I'm completely aware and knowledgeable of my back conditions. I would not recommend anyone to use this product, who has NOT gone to a doctor and been advised of any serious or chronic medical back issues they're experiencing. Otherwise, buyer beware, and a big three thumbs Up!

Use it every day after work to stretch and help reset my back. Easy to use, I like the different settings, and how much has help my back pain. It is also small and takes little space under my bed.Great product, I highly recommend it.

It’s not very comfortable to lay on. Maybe it would help if I forced myself to use it, but every time I think of using it, I then think I would rather do it another day. I may try again… tomorrow…

This product really gives relief to my lower back. It gets quite painful after hours of sitting, and after laying on this back stretcher for 10-15 minutes (so far on the lowest adjustment) I feel a lot of relief. I use it almost daily and am quite happy with the relief it gives me.

As I get older I'm starting to get back pain due to years of having terrible posture and sitting for hours at a time in front of a computer screen. I saw this item for like $20 and figured I didn't have much to lose by trying it. Well, it was a wise decision. It sets up in a matter of seconds, and is small enough to store away basically anywhere. I simply lay on this device for a few minutes each morning and evening before bed, and it allows my back muscles and spine to decompress. My back pain has been noticeably reduced in just a couple weeks of daily use. I know that all individuals will have different issues that may or may not be resolved by a simple stretch, but for me, the results speak for themselves. It does take a few sessions to get used to the pressure, so allow some time to acclimate, but like the instructions recommend, start with the lowest setting first and then increase if necessary.
