Sailor Jerry's Tattoo Stencils II

When I started tattooing over 30 years ago almost everybody was tattooing Sailor Jerry, or at least Sailor Jerry inspired designs. I came into the tattoo trade tattooing these designs and now after more than three decades of being a slave to changing fads and fashions I have decided that when God decides it's time for me to leave I want to go out tattooing sailor Jerry designs! So I bought this book with the intention of redrawing the designs in the book,adding my own twist and then tattooing them on my huge client base of loyal customers. The book didn't disappoint, it is exactly what it says on the tin, a collection of stencils,so don't buy it expecting well presented flash. Another great reference book for tattoo ideas. Original old school tattoo flash. Highly recommended. We used for both ideas and to tattoo some of the designs.

This book is very good. i bought the first book (which is also good) and put off buying this one thinkin it would just be the same thing, i.e full of pin ups and roses, which it is not. Yes it does feature some pin ups etc, but there is a lot more veriation in the designs. Things like classic panther/tiger/lion designs, more boats and other classic designs...you think old skool and you'll find it in here! buy it!

some great ideas and some bad but still a wonderful book
