Very good quality product.

1)Why did this item come in a package without a seal ? How do I know it has not been used? Especially as I see scratches.2) After switching it on, it did not switch off, after everything I tried. The button did not work. It kept vibrating till it discharged.3) I don't understand why there are hard ribs on the inner surface? Should have been some soft material. The sensation does not feel pleasurable.4) Returning this product. I really hope they don't deliver this to someone else.

The product and service both are great. Faced an issue with bullet massager after a month of use and contacted with the customer care for same. In couple of days got the new bullet massager.

The product quality and it's vibration is too good it's relax the musle and pleasurise you. Battery life is too good

Product is below expectation and output is very poor.

I had so much expectations before buying. Product quality is excellent, but imo hands are way better than this. Doesnt deliver the hype.

Great product. Thank you Vandelay for no delay in climax. Very comfortable silicone finish, safe and pleasureable.
