this is a good blanket for using on grass and ok for other types of ground. when used on the grass it prevents the grass from poking you and covers a large enough area for at least 4 adults to sit nicely.I like how large it is but that makes folding it a nightmare, combined with how light it is, putting this thing way nicely in even a light breeze it a challenge. it did come with fold instructions which is nice and if you follow the creases it is doable.like i said its very lightweight and is easy to clean just a shake is needed for most things, and for dirt a light wipe down is sufficient.haven't tested out getting fully wet but it feels like my other one so im pretty sure it has basic water repellent features.overall this is a good park blanket/ simple ground cover

This is a decent-size outdoor blanket that we have used for a variety of purposes (beach, drive-in movie, concert at the park, ball games, and car shows). It is large enough for two adults to stretch out side-by-side, or four people to sit on comfortably (our doggie loves it, too). It is waterproof, cleans easily, and makes being outdoors in the nicer months a bit easier. The only cons are that it is quite thin, so you feel any twig, acorn, etc. underneath, and because it is so thin you can also feel the hot sand or cool/damp ground underneath. Finally, it can be a bit tricky to re-fold if you’re like us and failed to pay attention the first time you opened it up. Thankfully, the product description page has a photo example of how to fold it that was a huge help.

It's a lovely picnic blanket. It is a little difficult to fold it back to it's original position to match the velcro strap (not unless I'm bad at folding), however, I don't have any problems with the blanket.

Since it is lightweight, you'll definitely need something to hold the corners down if the wind picks up. But otherwise, it provides a good amount of cover considering how small the space it takes up.For a low-cost outdoor blanket option, this blanket does a great job at providing a barrier between the ground and you, while making it extremely easy to get in and out of places.

We used this during an outdoor event and everyone asked where I got it from. My response was Amazon of course lol. It's a great size and was easy to pack back up and carry. My only wish was that it had more padding. Ended up putting another beach blanket underneath it

I like that this is a bit stiff, as it holds up better on soft sand.This is a nice durable beach blanket that folds up nicely. It's colorful and cheery too.
