Pretty Much as Advertised
This really cuts down on the glare (and, I hope, the blue light). I ended up using scotch tape to mount it, as another reviewer suggested. The adhesive strips may work, but the tabs do not.Privacy is not a consideration - this is a home computer. And I don't like the darkness at an angle. I had to turn up the brightness considerably, but the colors are not as vivid - the price you pay for a glossy screen, I suppose. To early to tell the effect on my eyes, but I may update this review.I'm in my 70s and have Macular Degeneration. Probably a consequence of too much screen time. There is an interesting article in Forbes magazine about the effect of blue light on AMD.This is an update after several days use: Apparently, the primary purpose of this screen is privacy. That's irrelevant to me, and the screen causes dark corners. Don't notice any less eye strain, but the shadows may cause more difficulty in focusing. All I wanted was a matte screen - this one may have to go. If you need privacy, get a screen hood.

Kaempfer vs. EZ-Pro Screen Protector
This is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered and returned "EZ-Pro Screen Protector Anti Blue Light Screen filter for 23 Inches Widescreen Desktop Monitor, Blocks Excessive Harmful Blue Light, Reduce Eye Fatigue and Eye Strain" It created huge glare. This one is perfect. It took me a minute to put it up. I got instant eye relief.

Easy to install
Easy to install. I was between sizes so bought the larger version. Used a paper cutter and made it fit perfect. Already easier on my eyes and I've only been using them a few hours. YAY!
