even though everybody else seemed pleased with it
Having read Julie Prince's review, I bought this set with just a slight amount of trepidation, even though everybody else seemed pleased with it. Firstly, it arrived promptly and well packaged. Having read Julie's review I tested it by filling the mugs and flask with hot water. I tipped the flask upside down, and there were no leaks. The mugs would not be leak-proof because of the 'sip-clip' on the top, but are otherwise absolutely Ok.. Used in conjunction with the flask, they are absolutely fine. I had intended to test the flask and mugs for their heat retention for 3 hours but in fact I left them and forgot, and they were actually tested for 3hours 45min. After this time, the water in the flask was still uncomfortable to the touch - still hot enough. The water in the mugs was only luke-warm, but as I said, they are not designed to be used alone.I bought this set because many other sets offer only a half litre flask whereas this is one litre. Also the whole thing fits neatly into a strong carry bag, some other sets skimp on the bag size. For our frequent trips in the car to the White Cliffs of Dover, it will be an asset. Recommended.

Excellent customer service
I bought this product earlier in the year but have only just used it. I am very happy with it. Unfortunately I later dropped the flask stopper and broke a piece off rendering it useless. I emailed the company asking where I could obtain a replacement part. To my surprise I received one by return of post at no charge. It is cheering to receive like this and I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent product - delivered 2 days before estimated time of delivery
This item was delivered two days prior to the first estimated delivery date, which is excellent service. We are very pleased with the product, drinks stay hot in the flask and once poured into the cups remain hot. We were not expecting the two small plastic screw top containers (ideal for milk) nor the two teaspoons, but they were gratefully received. Great product - great service - you can't ask for more!
