The original battery that came with the camera packed up months ago. I had read so many reviews saying similar products didn't work but the advert for this mentioned my specific camera and reviewers said the batteries were recognised by their cameras so I bought these and yes, they worked. I charged one in the camera - it told me I had 130 minutes left. A week later it says 115 mins left - but the battery is used when the camera is switched on and, I guess, also drains slowly whilst in the camera. I don't mind recharging every 4-6 weeks when not using the camera. The second battery I charged using another charger which took the battery up to 4.1v (normal for L-ion not under load). I measured the battery voltage a week later and it had dropped 0.01v. So, again, a recharge every 4-6 weeks will keep it going. I have set a reminder in my calendar to do that. So, overall, very pleased my camera is no longer a paperweight.

They work and retain charge for a good length of time.

I purchased these to replace my old Sony batteries in my camera. They charge and power up and look very similar. The only problem is that the camera recognises that they are not Sony and shuts down. The camera gives me a message telling me that it is the wrong battery. These are advertised to fit Sony. I suppose they might fit it but they don't work.

Le ho provate su una Sony DSC-HX9V: hanno una maggiore capacità e, conseguentemente, durano più a lungo delle originali. Averne due mi permette, per di più, di portarmi dietro una batteria di scorta (giungono comunque già cariche).La compatibilità non è perfetta, perché qualche rara volta mi appare la scritta "usare solo batterie compatibili", ma poi la macchina funziona benissimo e non vi sono altri avvisi.
