This is really good. You only need one a day preferably with breakfast. Have only one coffee if really need to during the day.take with a full glass of water.

Don't waste your money if you're looking for weight loss
Waste of money. Can honestly say these tablets have done nothing to assist with weight loss, I'd even go as far as to say I lost more weight weekly before I started taking these.I'm sure they're good for all the other reasons you might take them, but if you're taking them to help lose weight, don't bother.

I lost weight well
No matter how hard i tried i could not lose weight. And i know some people will laugh and be like “just go the gym” “dont eat so much” ect but i was going to the gym for around 3-4 hours a day. Not missing a single day, ontop of that i work in a warehouse which is very labour intensive, and i have a toddler! I dont eat much. But when i do i eat healthy. I have the recommended portions and my snack every day consists of an apple and a lemon. But when i started to take these i started to see a change. It also helped my body digest. Overall its a 32/10. Its amazing especially for the price! I recommend
