I was about to get my third tattoo and wanted to try numbing cream. My first 2 I did without, but I figured I’d give it a try. I was fine either way if the cream worked or didn’t. Let me tell you what. I put a good amount on an area of my ankle, estimating where about the tattoo would go and how big it would be. I left the cream piled on and Saran wrapped it about an hour and a half before my appointment. When I got there the tattoo artist undid the wrap and wiped the cream off and cleaned the area. My ankle where the cream was, was nice and numb. She put the stencil on and then started doing her thing. The only thing I felt was the vibration of the tattoo gun. It was so strange. I know how tattoos feel, but my brain was like why don’t I feel it. There was a small area on my tattoo at the very top that didn’t have much cream, (but I didn’t know exactly where the tattoo was going) so I felt a little stinging sensation and then 1 little line that lasted not even 4 seconds where there was no cream and I felt everything. Obviously my fault and not the creams. Anyways it’s been 12 hours since I put the cream on and that area of my ankle is still very much numb. I’d recommend this to anyone. You could get tattoos anywhere you want and not feel a thing.

I decided to buy this product when I was getting my first big tattoo and it worked great. I didn’t expect it to but it eased the pain and lasted a while too. Not that expensive either.

Receiving laser therapy for Rosacea. While effective, it’s very painful. The numbing cream was so very helpful to tolerate the procedure. I would highly recommend.

I used it for a tattoo that had lots of shading!! Of course I thought it wasn’t gonna work but used it anyways and let me tell you I didn’t feel a thing!! Like I said I didn’t use it the right way so I’m the spot I didn’t put it on it was a big difference but the spots that it was on I couldn’t feel and even after the tattoo was over I still didn’t feel it for a couple hours! It lasted a good 5 hours being numb!! Will be buying again!

I have a full sleeve, and 5 other tattoos. No numbing cream for any of them. I won a 5 hour tattoo session and it's booked for 5/21, and I decided to try numbing cream as I've never sat that long in one session before (I have ADHD and can't sit still). Hoping the numbing cream will help distract me a bit. My artist did say to test it out before the appointment, and let me tell you....a situation presented itself! I SMASHED my kneecap on the sharp metal corner of my bedframe. Saw stars. Swelling, and major bruise, hurts to walk. I used this cream yesterday and it worked SO well. My knee only hurt after hours when it wore off, so I applied more.I'll try to remember to update after my tattoo next month to see how that goes.

This numbing cream works amazingly. I highly recommend.

It works but only for an hour. I tried keeping it on longer to see if it lasts longer but that’s not the case for this brand. I’d suggest it for a quick and small tattoo anything an hour and a half or less.

Worked great on my arm but for some reason not so much on my hand maybe just because the hand is not a pleasant place to begin with would recommend
