ADVICE from NEENCA about the size: ATTENTION: Please check chart to select your size. We suggest you do not choose a size based on your height and weight. You need to determine the size based on the thigh circumference 4 inches above your kneecap. (This is the most accurate.) If you are at the upper limit and prefer a comfortable wearing experience, then we advise you to buy the larger size. Thigh's circumference of 4" above the knee-cap： S: 12.5"-15.8" (32-40cm) M: 15.8"-18.1" (41-46cm) L: 18.1"-20.4" (46-51cm) XL: 20.4"-22.8" (51-58cm) 2XL: 22.8"-26.0" (58-66cm) 3XL: 26.0"-27.5" (66-74cm)

Q: Does the top roll down after wearing it for awhile?

It has a grip strip which does keep it from rolling down, however, it does stretch out considerably and start bunching up behind and in front of the knee. Also, in approximately 2 weeks of wearing only to work, the strip of Velcro is already ripping off where the straps attach directly above the kneecap. I tried to show it in pictures on my review. In my opinion, it definitely has major flaws and I would not buy it again. Unfortunately since I bought 2, I was alternating them daily so it was past the return date by the time I started seeing the problems. Hope this answers your questions and is helpful.
