Funko Star Wars Rivals Expandable Game System for 2 Players Ages 7 and Up - Premier Set - Series 1

I almost got the complete set except for the count docku figure.

The game is fun, cool locations and collecting the characters is very cool to have. Will be buying more.

This looked really cool to buy for my son, but it didn’t really catch his attention very much. He has never played it. So make sure that it’s something that your kids would really want to use.

A must have game for a Star Wars lover. However, absolutely hate the idea of purchasing mystery boxes to get the characters. I also hate that the format of mystery characters doesn’t have a proper custom storage case. I don’t think I would be sooo bugged about purchasing mystery characters if they had a custom hard plastic case to store everything perfectly sold separately.

I've bought several of these in order to get a decent set that my friends and I could play. I like the idea of the gameplay, reminds me of other games I like playing, but I hate this collectible aspect of the game. The starter set should come with six characters but instead give you four characters and two tokens. There's a real possibility of ordering the same characters again without knowing, the hologram "rare" characters look worse than the ordinary characters that aren't rare, and some of the characters look terrible, in my opinion. This whole thing should have never been pitched as a collectible game or at the very least should have been dealt with in a more sensible manner and not seen as a way to nickle and dime the consumer. If it was me I would have dropped the tokens from the starter set and just added two booster boxes to the set. That way you have the four characters that everyone gets in the starter and then given a random light and dark side character. This would make it so that the people who only want the starter set get a full game and should satisfy the negative opinions.This little tidbit isn't about the game but is about Amazon's packaging department. I really enjoyed having my PLA filament packaged along with these booster boxes with nothing in between the two. Some of the boxes were damaged during shipping because a heavier and larger box inside shipment was allowed to get tossed around and it ended up smashing the booster boxes. Normally I wouldn't care but the nature of the game I ended up with holograms and duplicates that I'll end up selling in the future. It just would have been nice to have a little care put into this shipment.

Just not a fun game and could end up with the same character multiple times due to random boxes for extra pieces. Nice try funko but no dice

If you want to expand your collection and cannot find Light Side characters try your local martWal. They seem to have these available. Fun game.

I’m a Fan of Star Wars and liked the look of this Game

Having got the license, which funko do have hundreds, this game needs a little refinement or work.The main issue is the lack of depth, it plays on a points system that matches player charature valued up against opposing players. Players can target multiple player pieces. A score is determined and another round is played.The additional charature packs are pricey, but the charature pieces are well made. Hate the option of getting one of the ‘hologram’ pieces-, it’s just a cheap way of putting out a wider range of characters and they look cheap unpainted.It’s ok, play time is 15 minutes or so and would probably hold interest for three or four plays.
