Excellent product , I’ve been purchasing this roaster for many years and have enjoyed cooking with it. When I cook for large parties this roaster is my lifesaver. I can cook and keep food warm without drying out the food.

This is a must for any kitchen!! It frees up the oven during holiday cooking. I store it in its box during non-use. I have told numerous persons about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The inside bin gets so hot that anything touching it burns black. Mine came and was defective. Some of the coating was missing and i noticed it when i was cleaning it when i first got it. It was too late to return. Tried to cook with it one time and where the coating was missing, food stuck and was unable to get it off. It was baked on black. The material it is made of is very cheap and the temperature setting was not working correct as tempature cooked much higher than was set at and caused roast to burn within the hour. Mind you there was liquid in there and temp was set at 300 degrees but cooked as if it was set on broil. I removed roast from bin within the hour and cooked what was still ok in my oven and threw out the burnt black vegtables. I had roasters before that worked well but this one is a waste of money or maybe i just got a bad one. I wasnt able to return it was it was a gift and it was past the return date.

I wanted to finally have a whole turkey again, and not tie up the oven. So invested in this. I tried it out first by baking a meatloaf in it. Worked fine. It is very large, domed cover. Takes up a lot of counter space, of course. I didn't anticipate how hot the exterior gets, so you have to be cautious and tell everyone to not touch or bump into it. I assume they all are like this. I did get an 18 lb turkey in it, In a cooking bag, in a glass Pyrex pan. It was difficult to pull it out by the pan, so would figure something else out in the future, and maybe just roast right in the roaster without a separate pan. The enamel did scratch off in one spot already, after just one turkey use. I have to store in my basement, but at least I have an alternative to having to use my single oven. Doubt it will get much use.

Great roaster, just make sure you read the directions and do the “burn off” step first to burn off all the factory chemicals before cooking food in it. Do this preferably outside when it’s warmer so you don’t breathe in the toxic chemicals inside your house

I bought this countertop roaster after reading about highly-rated countertop roasters in advance of Thanksgiving. The idea that I could easily roast my turkey without help putting it in the oven or heating up the entire house sounded wonderful! I made sure to read all the instructions to avoid problems, and I roasted 2 chickens the Sunday before Thanksgiving to make sure it was as advertised. On Thanksgiving Day, my 15 pound turkey came out moist and delicious, and true to the hype, I didn't have to baste my turkey! I only had to turn on my oven for the side dishes. I stored it away until I need it again, and it was the best investment I've made so far during the 2025 Holiday Season. Also, don't be fooled, the metal is lightweight but strong. I've also attached a picture of my lovely turkey.
