Had this for almost if not two years and it has done the job but now the latch on the extender attachment had broken so it makes it harder to use the floor brush but for the price I will just buy another one

Good for daily light cleanups

This is my second Vac I purchased as the battery was good for about 10 minutes and was replaced by Amazon. However, the replacement was like comparing a VW to a Cadillac. Completely different in all respects including appearance and functions. I was very pleased to receive this Vac for only the $99.99 credit for the original returned Vac.

This vacuum is not powerful enough or have enough space in the bin if you have a dog who sheds. We used it for 3 months, gave up and then bought a more expensive cordless vac that does the job.

I used a shark for years and finally gave out on me. I got this new one in the delivered opened it all up it looked like a toy to me but it is so much better than the shark I used for years it is amazing, good battery time, fantastic suction I can’t say more about it it is a fantastic vacuum I recommend it highly to anybody.

I reluctantly returned this vacuum cleaner. Unpacking this vacuum I was very impressed with the overall quality and the accessories which came with it. There was nothing flimsy or cheap feeling about the vacuum or the accessories and it had pretty good suction for a battery operated vacuum.My problem specifically is that I have a good corded vacuum which picks up pet hair off my rugs and carpets very well but I hate having to deal with the cord when vacuuming is necessary almost daily. I read the reviews and felt this vacuum might solve the cord problem and get the pet hair off my rugs and carpets. Unfortunately it didn't. After 1 minute, in the high suction mode, with the larger roller-brush attachment going over about an 10" x 10" spot on a rug loaded with dog hair there was practically no hair in the vacuum canister and the rug didn't look like any hair had been removed. I changed to the next smaller roller-brush attachment and tried going over the same spot again. The smaller attachment exhibited significantly more friction on the rug but seemed to be pushing the dog hair more in to the adjacent areas than actually picking it up. It did pick up some of the hair but a disappointing amount considering the time it took. The rug in question is about 7' x 9' or 63 square feet total. Given that I was working on an area less than 1 square foot it looked like the vacuum would take over an hour to do a mediocre job getting the pet hair off the rug. My corded vacuum takes less than 5 minutes and does a good job, I just hate dealing with the cord.I really liked this vacuum and thought seriously about keeping it. I think it would do very well on my stone floors and even my short pile carpets. But I bought this vacuum specifically to get the dog hair off my entry way rug and it fell way short of my expectations for that purpose. If I didn't already have a good vacuum I would have kept this one as it is very versatile and has pretty good suction and great quality. If it had a better roller-brush attachment that would lift the pet hair it would have been a keeper for me.To sum this up. I love everything about this vacuum EXCEPT that it wouldn't do what I purchased it to do, get pet hair off my entry way rug.

I have two dogs and two messy boys, and my vinyl floors were always covered in fur and dirt. Every time I swept, I'd watch the dust and fur just swirl in the air and land somewhere that I had already cleaned. And my allergies didn't love sweeping either. I saw this model on sale and decided that I had had enough with my broom and ordered it. What a world of difference it has made.It's lightweight, extremely maneuverable, good suction, and best of all - the fur and dirt stays inside the filter (even better than other vacuums I've had). And it's super easy to whip this vacuum out when I see a mess and in moments, the floor is clean again. Super satisfying to see the fur and dust lit up by the light on the front of the unit, and then to see it completely disappear. Also, I have long hair that tends to freeze up Roombas and other vacuums; this little vacuum doesn't even blink. Just sucks it up and keeps on going.Only complaint is that it's a little awkward when emptying the dirt bin because I have to lift the whole vacuum up by the trashcan to make sure I don't spill any on the floor. It's not heavy, just awkward.

Beautiful color. I have a dyson v8 animal, but I was it back and forth between my house and my little lake house for a year. That got annoying fast. I didn’t/couldn’t spend that kind of money again, but I love a cordless vacuum. This is very lightweight. It’s noticeably lighter than my dyson. That helps my little kids use it, so that’s a bonus. But it also feels like my kids could break it. Feels like cheap plastic as far as vacuums go. Conversely, it feels like a quality toy vacuum that really works. If that makes sense. I like that I can push the button to turn it on, and I don’t have to continuously hold the handle button to keep it on like my Dyson. Push it once and it stays on low suction, push it again and it’s higher, louder suction. Third push if the button turns out off.I like that it can stand up on its own if I have to run something to the trash then go back to vacuuming instead of propping it up or laying it on the ground like my dyson.The long handle can be made shorter for more compact storage, and the shorter setting length makes it much easier to use for my 5 and 7 year old kids to use it. Plus the light weight makes it easier for them as well. That’s a huge bonus. I’d buy it again, but I wouldn’t expect it too last long as a primary vacuum. I have no proof that it wouldn’t, it just feels that way. Plus the battery life isn’t long. I can do a quick vacuum of my 1400ish sqft house, but the battery doesnt last enough time for me to do a detailed vacuuming of that same house. It would be cool if I could buy a second battery like some of the other inexpensive similar vacuums.

A handy product, a good replacement of Jhadoo, but don't expect too much of suction power. But OK for daily cleaning...mean if home is not too dirty. Also, second battery is really required & unfortunately, it's not available for separate purchase. Better go for the handy vaccum cleaner which provides battery replacement.

Purchased 2 cleaners, one became defective, just about 12 months, 2nd one stopped working after 3 months, worse is the service provider unfriendly and unhelpful nature even for under warranty equipments. They have no courier arrangements for anyplace, Even though customer pays for it. So the customer have to bear the cost and trouble of arranging courier. Rude, bad, hostile service provider. No one should buy and Amazon fulfilled must be removed. Thanks.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is not working so how can I contact the dealer to fix it please let me know

Suction power is very, not useful & waste the money
