Priced well. Loved the thickness. The wire did not easily tangle as most do. If I may make a suggestion to the company -The wire lock is adequate but I would have liked it to lock better and less prone to slipping. By far the best pool cover I have ever ordered for an above ground pool I have had for 20 years!

The 18 ft round pool cover with overlap I bought thru amazon from Yankee pool cover company has turned out to be a great and durable cover for more thickness than their competitors and the ones I've bought in the past, and they stand behind their warranty, case and point. The cover and cable are great but when we cinch up the cover with the cable winch, the winch fell apart. Long story short, I sent the Yankee co. an E-mail telling them about the bad winch and should be part of the cover warranty and without hesitation the Co. got back to me before the end of day and said a replacement Winch is on its way thru postal service. The winch came in a couple of days and is bigger and stronger than the original one. Bottom line, they care about their customers. Kudo's to this company, Yankee pool covers. Thank you, Yankee pool cover Co. and thank, you Amazon!

Bought this for our 20' above-ground pool for winter. It fit nicely with a good overlap for securing. Seems very sturdy. Purchased the pool pillow to go along with it. The set works well together. We'll see how things are after the winter months.I didn't use the included cable and "wench" since our pool has vinyl sides and not quite as sturdy. I used gallon jugs with water to secure the cover.When your product arrives, make sure to take the few seconds to register the extended warranty.Overall, great cover.

I liked the cover because it is 1 foot bigger than the ones I have had in the past. The construction seems heavy duty. The cover fit my pool better than any cover I've used in the past. The wrench fell apart before I was able to begin to tighten the wire. Luckily my heavy duty wrench on my old cover was still in good condition, otherwise I would of had to buy a new one before I could fasten the cover to my pool. I wanted to voice my opinion to the company but could not find a phone number for customer service. I wish the wrench would not have fallen apart because I would have given the cover a 5 star. If I would have had to buy a new wrench and not fasten the cover until I received the wrench. I would be giving the cover a 3 rating. Buy a heavy duty wrench when buying this cover avoid the frustration.

This cover exseeded my expectations in quality. The cover is nice and thick and the fabric hem line where the grommets are is made from really durable material. My pool is 24' round and I like to go up a size in cover due to the winds & snow weight. I have plenty of over lap this way and I don't have to chase it all winter long with the sides sliding up due to weight. Very happy with purchase its a wait and see how it holds up to Massachusetts winter weather. The only thing I was surprised about was that the top side of the cover is a dark purple when I expected it to be blue. If that's all I can say about what's bad I got over that really fast. It's a Great cover and hoping I get a couple of years out of it considering it good quality.

Bought a 24' round for above ground pool. First thing you notice it is heavier than other covers I've purchased. It is well made with nice finish around the edges. It is thicker than others, and there's enough extra material to cover down the sides of the pool. Happy with how it is made.

This is the first one that actually included instructions for use and care. Very easy to put in over the pool with just 2 people. This is thicker than the ones we've had in the past so hopefully won't rip in one season. Very pleased with it so far. Definitely worth the price and the fit is perfect comes with instructions for warranty

Bought this here, winterized my pool and installed the cover yesterday. This thing is pretty nice!! Definitely thicker and heavier duty than the one I have been buying from my local pool store every couple of years that they keep telling me is a "30 year cover!" for $300... yeah... I get 3 years out of them. So I do NOT feel guilty at ALL about coming on here and buying this one for $99. The cable and rachet thingy seems nicely made too. All in all, I expect this cover to LAST because I can tell just by look and feel that it is a much higher quality than I have been buying locally.I will report back if this thing fails prematurely, or if I experience any issues, and update this review. If you don't see any updates here saying otherwise, then it is still being used and is problem-free!Definitely recommended. Not a cheaply made cover.

Great product, it fit well and was easy to install. It is a good weight and it even looks good.

This 24ft pool is very difficult to find now. After the 3rd (2001)and best one I planted bushes all round (right down the end of the garden and so it is a lovely surprise when visitors come. I have also had steps up and a platform constructed round a part when the steps are. Make your own or get a carpenter. Lovely for stay at home holidays!Mind you - I am blessed with this lovely garden and I know how lucky I am.

It's good and thick. Big and easy to work with. Still have to go through the winter. But so far so good.

the pool cover looks and feels a lot stronger than any other cover i have bought before. but the ratchet i received was total garbage quality control on this item shocking .
